MY STORY

I've been on an incredible journey in the entertainment industry for over three decades.

It all started in the UK, where I began my career editing and was the lead editor on the hugely successful and groundbreaking shows, ‘The X-Factor’ and ‘Britain's Got Talent.’

In 2005, I accepted an offer from Simon Cowell to join his company, SYCO Television, in Los Angeles. Working with Simon and the producers, I played an essential role in making America's Got Talent a massive success at NBC.

My role on ‘AGT’ evolved, and in 2012, I found myself stepping into the director's chair - this was a whole new challenge, but I loved it and decided to dedicate my career to directing.

In 2014, I became Creative Director and in-house Director at UTAS/NBCUniversal.

During my time in that role, I had the pleasure of contributing to the creation, direction, and co-executive production of several hit NBC shows, including ‘World of Dance,’ ‘The Titan Games,’ ‘Making It,’ ‘Better Late Than Never,’ ‘Best Time Ever with Neil Patrick Harris,’ and ‘I Can Do That’.

Then, in 2020, I took a leap of faith and founded my production company, "Sublime To The Ridiculous Productions." and ventured into the freelance market, directing and producing on projects for various studios and networks on shows like ‘American Idol’ (ABC), ‘Wipeout’ (TBS), ‘Love Trip: Paris’ (FOX), and ‘Hot Wheels: Ultimate Challenge’ (NBC).

This led to me series-directing a variety of multi-cam shows, ‘So You Think You Can Dance’ (FOX), ’Second Chance Stage’ (MAX), '12 Dates of Christmas' (HBOMAX), 'Drag Me to Dinner' (HULU), and 'Slime Cup' (NICKELODEON).

Beyond television, I have directed numerous commercials, promos, and music videos and had the privilege of working with a roster of A-list talent, including Dwayne 'The Rock’ Johnson, Jennifer Lopez, Katy Perry, John Cena, Simon Cowell, Howard Stern, Amy Poehler, Nick Offerman, Henry Winkler, Neil Patrick Harris, Heidi Klum, and Snoop Dogg.

I am also a standing member of the Directors Guild of America and the Local 700 (IATSE)
